It is  300 day with the Kettlebells!


            AFAP complete 100 reps of each of the following exercises within the set time.
                (Use a challenging weight.... women 12-16 kg / men 16-24 kg)

                •  8 minutes =  100 Double Swings
                REST 1 Minute
                •  5 minutes =  100 Snatches (change hands as often as desired)
                REST 1 Minute
                •  5 minutes =  100 Double Swings (waist if not shoulder high)


NOTE: if you get done with more than 1 minute to spare, you should have used heavier weight!
CHALLENGE YOURSELF!!!!!!
